Ioana Ciolacu offers you the possibility to pick up for free in store the items you ordered online.

During the checkout process select “Pick up in store”. You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready to be picked up at the store.
In order to pick up your order, you will need to bring with you:

The shipping confirmation email (printed or on a mobile device).

If someone is collecting an order on your behalf, they must bring:

1. A copy of your valid ID
2. A valid ID of the person collecting
3. The shipping confirmation email – printed or on a mobile device

If the item is not picked up within 14 days of delivery to the store, the order will be returned to our warehouse and we will issue a refund.

FedEx is our courier for domestic shipments and DHL is our courier for all shipments outside Romania. You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our distribution center. You can track and trace your package here Track your Order.

All countries within the European Union are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price. Please note that all shipments outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are imposed once a shipment reaches your country. Therefore, additional charges for customs must be borne to you.

Switzerland, U.K. and Turkey

All products prices are displayed, exclusive of all taxes and duties as well as these countries vat. Orders may be subjected to local taxes and/or import duties, which are levied by your local customs authority.
