You are welcome to return your order using any tracked, door-to-door courier service, such as DHL Express, UPS, FedEx etc. Postal services are not accepted.

If you prefer, you may instead generate a DHL Express return label through our portal below. This allows you to create your shipping label online in just a few steps.

Please note:

• The cost of the DHL Express return label will be deducted from your refund.
  
• Most return labels cost between €30 and €80, depending on the collection country and parcel weight. In rare cases, remote locations or oversized parcels may result in a higher shipping cost.
  
• Any customs duties, import taxes or similar charges imposed by the destination or transit countries remain the customer's responsibility.
  
• Please ensure your parcel is securely packed and dispatched within the approved return period.
