Returns may be requested within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided items are sent back in the same condition in which they were received — unworn, unused, and with all original garment tags and identification seals intact.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For domestic returns within Romania, you may use any courier service except the Romanian Postal Service; parcels sent via this method cannot be accepted and will be refused upon delivery.

For international returns, customers are kindly asked to notify us — in writing or by phone — within 14 days of receiving their order to confirm their intention to return. Items must then be shipped back to the Ioana Ciolacu headquarters using the same courier company originally selected for delivery.

Upon arrival at our studio, each returned piece undergoes careful inspection. Once approved, the value of the returned item(s), excluding original shipping costs, will be refunded within up to 14 business days, depending on your banking provider’s processing time.

For returns originating within the European Union, refunds include any taxes originally charged. For returns sent from outside the EU, duties and import taxes paid to local authorities are typically non-refundable by Ioana Ciolacu. Depending on national regulations, such charges may sometimes be reclaimed directly from your local customs authority.

Garments should be handled only to the extent necessary to assess their fit and characteristics. Items showing signs of wear, washing, fragrance, damage, alterations, or missing tags or seals may be refused or may incur a deduction reflecting diminished value, in accordance with applicable legislation. Where relevant, you will be informed of the assessment and any adjustment before the refund is finalised. If a return does not comply with the stated conditions and cannot be accepted, you may request that the item be returned to you at your expense, where permitted by law.

All products are delivered with an identification tag and/or security seal. We kindly ask that garments be tried on with care and without removing these elements. Items returned without their original tag or seal may be refused or subject to a deduction for diminished value, in accordance with legal provisions.
