Delivery timeframes provided by Ioana Ciolacu are estimates and intended as guidance. We make every effort to ensure your order arrives within the indicated timeframe at your chosen delivery address; however, once a parcel has been entrusted to the courier, delivery is managed solely by the shipping provider and is outside of our direct control.

All orders are dispatched from Romania. Domestic deliveries are handled by Cargus, and a complimentary Showroom Pick-up option is available for customers within Romania. International orders are shipped via DHL Express, with flat shipping rates calculated and displayed at checkout according to destination country.

Please note that orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, VAT, or local taxes imposed by the destination country’s customs authorities. These charges are not included in the order total and remain the responsibility of the recipient. Any applicable fees are collected by the carrier upon delivery and vary according to local regulations.

Orders may be cancelled if notification is received before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. If retrieval from the courier can be arranged, we reserve the right to refuse cancellation or apply a cancellation fee to cover recovery and handling costs.
